Insurance and HSA/FSA Funds
Whether you’re interested in AgelessRx products or services, or have a current subscription with us, this page aims to answer the most common questions you may have about using health insurance or HSA/FSA funds to cover the costs of your products(s).
Insurance coverage and AgelessRx
AgelessRx does not currently accept or work with any insurance or healthcare coverage.
At AgelessRx, we provide access to various services, over-the-counter products, and prescription therapies for the prevention of age-related conditions. Furthermore, we believe preventative care is extremely important and plays a critical role in longevity. Unfortunately, not all healthcare coverage programs place the same emphasis on preventative care. As such, we are not currently able to work with or bill any of our products/services to any type of healthcare coverage plan, including private insurance, government-sponsored insurance, fixed benefit plans, health sharing plans, union reimbursement plans, etc.
Many insurance companies require ICD-10 codes (the statistical classification published by the World Health Organization), NDC, and NPI numbers in order to provide coverage. AgelessRx does not diagnose or treat any of the current ICD-10 conditions and, as such, does not provide the necessary codes for reimbursement/coverage.
While AgelessRx does not currently accept insurance or work with insurance companies to cover the cost of prescriptions, you may be able to use HSA or FSA funds, depending on your plan.
Using HSA or FSA funds
HSA/FSA cards may be accepted as payment at AgelessRx. If you would like to try using your HSA or FSA card for an order, simply enter your card information at checkout as you would any other card.
You can update your existing payment information with your HSA or FSA card at any time. To update your payment information, log in to your AgelessRx customer portal. Once logged in, click on “Manage Subscriptions” (top right corner) and follow the prompts to update your payment method.
If you used another method of payment but want to be reimbursed using your HSA or FSA funds, or your HSA/FSA plan administrator requires documentation after use of an HSA/FSA card, you can access an itemized receipt via:
- Your original “Thank you for your order” email, which outlines the product, date, and transaction amount of your order
- Your AgelessRx customer portal by clicking on “Orders” at the top, then “Manage Subscriptions” at the middle-top right, and following all the necessary prompts

AgelessRx does not provide letters of medical necessity, or letters from prescribers, in support of HSA/FSA funds usage. If you need documentation, you can access your itemized receipt as described above, or we can provide your full medical records to you- please contact info@agelessrx.com or the customer service team through your customer portal to request your medical records. - No Guarantees
AgelessRx makes no guarantees as to whether your purchase qualifies for use or reimbursement of your HSA/FSA funds. Please contact your HSA/FSA plan administrator or tax professional for more information about qualifying purchases.
