You can’t improve what you don’t measure

Health testing helps reveal whether your effort is working and where a more personal approach may help.

What to do next is the part most testing companies skip, and it’s the part we built our expert care around.

Your health needs a progress report

You invest time, money, and energy in your health. Testing can show what’s working and where your attention belongs next—but a number alone doesn’t tell you what to do about it.

Every test we offer connects back to one of our in-house clinicians who helps you actually act on it.

Cutting-edge science, doable by all

We make cutting-edge science accessible, personal, and practically clear, so anyone can benefit from a longer, healthier life.

Frequently asked questions

01 Do I need to test in a specific order, or can I choose just one?

There’s no required sequence. Some people start with a Core Longevity Panel or iollo At-Home Metabolic Test to get a deeper look, then use the free Biological Age Calculator to calculate their biological age.

Others go straight for whichever tool matches a specific concern, like a Continuous Glucose Monitor for glucose patterns or Galleri Multi-Cancer Early Detection Test for insight into 50+ cancers.

One test is a fine place to start; layering in more over time just builds a fuller picture.

02 Why do different biological age tests sometimes give different results?

Because they measure different things and were validated differently. An epigenetic (DNA methylation) test like TruMe and a clinical-biomarker model like PhenoAge (used in our free Biological Age Calculator and Biological Age Blood Test) are both legitimate, published approaches, but they’re not interchangeable.1 2 Biological age is a genuinely multidimensional concept, which is exactly why we treat any single result as one input for a clinician to interpret, not a final answer on its own.3

03 What makes AgelessRx's approach to health testing different from a standard checkup?

AgelessRx’s Stanford PhD-led Research Team reviews the latest longevity science and runs in-house trials to help validate which tests and markers are actually worth paying attention to, work that’s also been recognized through AgelessRx’s status as an XPRIZE semifinalist. That research is part of why this page includes markers and tools that go beyond what a typical annual physical screens for.

04 What do I do with my results once I get them?

Use them to decide what deserves attention, what may be worth tracking again, and which questions to bring to a qualified healthcare provider. Results can add valuable context, but screening and informational tests do not diagnose a condition on their own.
