Lead Product UX and Visual Designer


AgelessRx’s Lead Product UX and Visual Designer is responsible for driving user-centered designs that are data-driven, drive business growth, and are visually appealing. The ideal candidate will bring customer focus to their work while balancing qualitative and quantitative inputs. You will be responsible for owning all aspects of the design process, from research and ideation to creative conceptualization, wireframing, and finished design.

In this role, the Lead Product UX and Visual Designer will be a key part of building and delivering customer experiences that allow users to discover, compare and select the best plans for them with clarity and confidence. They will work closely with the Product, E-commerce, and Marketing teams, and will be responsible for the design and execution of roadmaps to deliver revenue goals & maximize patient outcomes.


  • Demonstrated success working on SAAS or e-commerce consumer products that span desktop and mobile
  • Developed scalable and flexible design frameworks that maintain clean and simple designs and customer interactions
  • Ability to lead and oversee the user experience of a single feature or set of features from conception to launch
  • Clear understanding of user-centered design processes; experience using visual design libraries and standards
  • A passion for data – you seek out and rely on user research and competitive insights to inform design decisions
  • An interest in working closely with product managers to ship product features focused on prioritized customer needs; partnering with them to define roadmaps and prioritize requirements
  • Own and help to define the user testing and user research process. Drive user research projects to develop the understanding of the customer and validate design choices before and after development
  • Navigate between designing for revenue impact and designing for user needs/patient outcomes
  • Develop functionality to help users compare products to help users make a more informed decision
  • Ability to lead brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for how we might improve our customer experiences


  • 3-5 years of product design experience, including working on consumer products
  • Experience owning all aspects of the design process, from research and ideation, to creative conceptualization, wireframing and finished design
  • Experience with Figma, Adobe Suite, or comparable tools
  • Able to self-manage workload, prioritizing and communicating effectively with partners
  • Customer-focused prioritization; experience using both qualitative and quantitative input in your design process
  • Experience with zero-to-one, early-stage products
  • Highly accountable and performance driven
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and adapt readily and easily to changes in priorities and business conditions
