Clinical Telehealth Director

AgelessRx’s Clinical Telehealth Director will partner with the Chief Medical Officer to manage a growing telehealth team – scaling to meet increasing demand. Working at the intersection of clinical, products, customer experience, and operations – the Clinical Director will oversee the day-to-day activities of the clinical department, assist in the development of new products, build and lead the medical team, and oversee and/or coordinate compliance efforts, and more.


  • Monitor and optimize medical team staffing, schedules, and workflows to meet growing business needs.
  • Optimize internal methodologies and explore external resources to improve the operational efficiency of the medical team
  • Lead the development and document of prescription protocols, quality assurance plans, and work standards
  • Perform ongoing audits of provider care and ensure adherence to protocols; responsible for auditing charts for all Nurse Practitioner supervision
  • Recruit, onboard, and train medical providers while building and maintaining a healthy pipeline of candidates
  • Conduct live training and create training materials and videos for new staff members, across all departments, on new medicines and treatments
  • Provide annual reviews to Medical Providers, provide feedback on performance, and nurture professional development opportunities
  • Assist medical providers with required licenses, certifications, and credentialing to perform job required activities and meet state and federal requirements
  • Collaborate with Chief Medical Officer on weekly medical team meeting’s agenda, discussion, and recap emails
  • Work with the analytics team to review and improve reporting related to clinical operations. Help define key KPI’s for Medical Providers
  • Work in partnership with the Director of Operations and Customer Experience to collect patient feedback and ensure a positive patient experience throughout the medical approval and consult process
  • Monitors compliance with legal issues including patient confidentiality and risk management by working in partnership with the Chief of Staff Work to stay in compliance with all legal guidelines, policies, and quality standards
  • Assist with reviewing content – i.e. blogs, advertisements, landing pages, science pages, and customer portal and dashboard


  • Previous experience in a lead role for Telehealth Company; scheduling, recruiting, and training telehealth teams
  • Strong organizational skills with incredible attention to detail
  • Collaborative style and ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Understands telehealth regulatory requirements
  • Technical aptitude; capable of giving suggestions for evolution of EMR to meet medical team needs
  • Impeccable work ethic; Willing to get hands dirty
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced work environment
  • Nurse Practitioner or Registered Nurse not required but a strong plus
  • Familiarity with HIPAA, CLIA, OSHA, and the overall healthcare regulations and environment
