Director of Growth Marketing

OVERVIEW

AgelessRx’s Director of Growth Marketing will implement a variety of marketing programs focused on email marketing, content creation, social media, landing pages, and SEO. Working with the in-house team, freelancers, and agency partners, develop and implement email marketing triggered emails and promotional newsletters. The Director of Growth Marketing will create world-class content for a variety of marketing channels including email, social media, SEO, and paid media landing pages. The content will take the form of a variety of written and video content developed in-house and by agency partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Elevate AgelessRx into a trusted source for health and wellness information. This will be accomplished by improving the quality of the content we are sharing with our customers and potential customers
  • Understand customer audiences, personas, and competitor product offerings; understand why AgelessRx customers buy from AgelessRx and why some customers buy from other sources. Create marketing campaigns to address customer pain points utilizing the correct marketing channels
  • Partner with key teams to build a strategy to transform AgelessRx into a trusted source for health and wellness information. We will do this by improving the quality of the content we are sharing with our customers and potential customers
  • Be able to both set the strategy and implement campaigns for email marketing, content creation, and social media
  • Find, hire, and deploy marketing resources to achieve goals by utilizing in-house, agency, and freelancer talent
  • Create dynamic copy on various marketing channels to accurately describe how the products address pain points for our target customers
  • Create, implement tests, and determine the outcomes of testing across all platforms managed
  • Be the quarterback of the marketing team to enable growth. Ensure teams and projects are on schedule and work to overcome problems with other teams to remove obstacles
  • Manage a team of email marketing, social media, and content management professionals and properly project manage tasks to completion

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years working in marketing roles focused on email marketing, social media, or content creation with responsibilities including project management and managing other team members
  • You will deeply understand the AgelessRx audience, including understanding who they are, why they buy from AgelessRx, and how we help them have more healthy years. Previous experience working in a similar role where the audience was not clearly defined, and channel strategy was not yet fully built out
  • Prior experience building a strategy from the ground up. Startup experience is highly preferred
  • Extensive experience with email marketing, content creation, and social media. Understand how e-commerce conversions work from the first step of the funnel to the last. You understand what high-quality work looks like on these channels
  • Comfort finding the best in-house and freelance talent to complete every project including copywriting, video, social media, and email marketing. Agency management experience is a plus
  • You know how to write high-performance marketing copy yourself and you understand how to get in-house copywriters and freelance team members to produce the best copy
  • Experience implementing and analyzing A/B tests to improve the quality of the purchase funnel, landing pages, and creative. Keen focus on achieving the needed impact driven by data-supported decisions. Understanding of the systems, processes, and metrics required to make decisions
  • Exceptional project management and attention to detail are must-haves. Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a willingness to work across teams to get things done
  • A passion for longevity and improving customer healthspan is strongly preferred
