600+ teams entered. Now, it’s down to the top 10.

XPRIZE is challenging teams around the world to find ways to restore function lost with age. Our approach earned $1 million in funding and a place in the top 10. Now, we’re putting the protocol through our largest randomized controlled trial yet.

This is about the life behind living

It’s about more disease-free time with the people you love—your kids, your grandkids, the moments that make a life. We’re not just increasing how long you live. We’re working to improve the quality of life you experience as you get older.

A longevity protocol backed by our Stanford PhD-led team

Our clinicians and researchers work side by side, so what we offer is informed by the same science we study ourselves. We read the research, ask what’s missing, and use what we learn to help make longevity care more accessible in the real world.

Longevity science should be useful outside the lab

For too long, longevity care has lived behind expensive concierge memberships, complicated protocols, and language built for scientists. We’re working to make the science easier to understand, easier to access, and practical enough to become part of real life.

Frequently asked questions

01 What is the XPRIZE Protocol?

It’s the multi-therapy combination AgelessRx is studying in the $101M XPRIZE Healthspan competition — a blend of established interventions (Rapamycin, NAD+, Metformin, Low Dose Naltrexone, Glutathione, B12, and the Infinite supplement) layered with guided lifestyle changes. It’s an evidence-based combination approach, not a single miracle compound.

02 Can I buy the whole stack at once?

No. The protocol is a research combination being studied in a clinical trial, not a bundled product. Each treatment is evaluated and prescribed individually, only where appropriate, after an online assessment with a licensed medical provider. Many people start with one or two treatments and build over time.

03 Is this FDA approved for longevity?

No treatment is FDA approved to slow or reverse aging. These are prescribed off-label or offered as supplements, and compounded products have not been reviewed or approved by the FDA. A licensed provider determines whether any treatment is appropriate for you.
