What is Sermorelin?
- Natural human growth hormone (HGH) declines by up to 15% per decade after age 30¹
- As levels decline, sleep, recovery, and cognitive function are impacted2
- Sermorelin has shown to stimulate the brain to release natural growth hormone3
- Supporting natural GH pulses may support deeper, more restorative sleep cycles4
- May help promote mental clarity and daytime focus5
- Promotes natural, circadian pulses of GH rather than synthetic growth hormone exposure6
- Needle-free and compounded by US-licensed pharmacies
SERMORELIN BENEFITS
Precision, brain-directed support
- Designed for targeted nasal delivery to the brain, bypassing the blood brain barrier
- Formulated to support brain-proximate absorption7
- May provide enhanced benefits for sleep and recovery compared to other methods4
- Flexible, clinician-guided dosing to support the best outcomes
- Needle-free, convenient, and easy to administer
Sermorelin has not been approved by the FDA for these uses, but there are multiple studies that have shown these benefits.

The science of Sermorelin
Clinically studied and naturally acting: Sermorelin is an analog of growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH).¹ Unlike direct HGH therapy, Sermorelin signals the pituitary gland to release human growth hormone (HGH) in a pulsed, physiological rhythm, supporting a more balanced approach to hormone therapy.¹ 6
Why HGH levels matter: Research suggests Sermorelin may help naturally restore growth hormone signaling, supporting your body’s ability to build muscle, restore energy, and improve overall quality of life, among other diverse potential benefits.8

FAQs
How do you take Sermorelin Nasal Spray?
Sermorelin Nasal Spray is taken as an intranasal spray. If you’re approved for a Sermorelin Nasal Spray prescription, your prescriber will provide tailored dosing instructions.
Is Sermorelin Nasal Spray safe?
Sermorelin Nasal Spray is generally well-tolerated with a minimal risk of side effects.9 10 In fact, Sermorelin is often considered safer than other HGH therapies because it works with the body’s natural systems to produce HGH, as opposed to direct HGH replacement.6
Is Sermorelin Nasal Spray a steroid?
No, Sermorelin Nasal Spray has a different mechanism of action than steroids.
Sermorelin is a peptide that mimics growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH), stimulating the pituitary gland in the brain to release more of the body’s natural human growth hormone (HGH).
Steroids are cholesterol-derived compounds that generally mimic hormones directly, acting as a replacement without stimulating the body to release its own hormones. This increases the risk of hormone imbalance, resistance, mood disorders, liver damage, and other related side effects.6
Why should I take Sermorelin Nasal Spray at night?
Sermorelin Nasal Spray stimulates the pituitary gland, which naturally produces the largest growth hormone peak during sleep.11 Taking Sermorelin Nasal Spray at night helps maximize the body’s natural HGH production. Sermorelin Nasal Spray may also encourage healthier sleep, and should be administered on an empty stomach, making nighttime dosing the most effective strategy.
Can I eat anything before taking Sermorelin Nasal Spray?
Sermorelin Nasal Spray should be taken on an empty stomach at night to improve absorption and reduce side effects. For the best results, administer Sermorelin Nasal Spray at least 2 hours after your last meal.

Potential drug interactions
Sermorelin Nasal Spray has no known major drug interactions, but may have the following interactions with certain drugs:
- Glucocorticoids (prednisone)
May blunt growth hormone (GH) release - Oral estrogens
May increase IGF-1 resistance - Insulin or sulfonylureas
May alter glycemic control - Somatostatin analogs
May antagonize Sermorelin’s effects - Dopamine antagonists
May disrupt human growth hormone (HGH) regulation - GABAergic meds
May reduce pulsatility of HGH release - Beta blockers (Metoprolol or Propranolol)
- Other secretagogues/peptides
May result in unsafe levels of HGH
Other important safety information
Sermorelin Nasal Spray is only for patients who are at least 30 years old. Patients under 30 should explore other longevity solutions.
Your prescriber may ask you for additional information if you have one of the following conditions:
- Hypothyroidism
Untreated hypothyroidism can impair a patient’s growth hormone (GH) response. Patients with hypothyroidism may be asked to show that their condition is treated and managed - Hyperglycemia or diabetes
Taking Sermorelin with untreated hyperglycemia or diabetes may further impair glycemic control. Patients with hyperglycemia or diabetes may be asked to show that their condition is treated and managed
Sermorelin Nasal Spray should not be used by anyone with moderate to severe liver dysfunction or kidney disease.
Do not use Sermorelin Nasal Spray if you have an active cancer, or if you have had cancer within the last two years.
Do not use Sermorelin Nasal Spray if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant or breastfeed. If you become pregnant while taking Sermorelin, discontinue immediately and consult your OB.
Though rare, allergic reactions to Sermorelin Nasal Spray are still possible. If you notice any shortness of breath or swelling around your face, tongue, or throat after using Sermorelin Nasal Spray, stop use and contact emergency services right away. Mild allergic reactions around the injection site are normal and not cause for emergency.
As with any prescription medication, the dose prescribed is for you and you alone. Do not, under any circumstances, allow anyone else to use your Sermorelin Nasal Spray.
