Frequently asked questions
How do I administer NAD+ Injections?

You will draw up the prescribed amount with the provided insulin needle and syringe, then inject subcutaneously. The recommended dose of general health is to start out with 0.1ml (20mg NAD+) and, as desired, slowly ramp up to 0.5ml (100mg NAD+) 1-3 times per week.

Where on my body should I use NAD+ Injections?

Ideally, the injection is administered into a fatty layer of skin, such as: back of arm, abdomen, or flank/lumbar region.

How much NAD+ is in each injection?

Our NAD+ formulation contains 200mg/ml. A total 2.5ml vial totals 500mg NAD+, and a 5ml vial totals 1,000mg NAD+ total. A single 0.1ml injection contains 20mg NAD+; 0.25ml = 50mg NAD+; 0.5ml = 100mg NAD+.

Usage instructions

NAD+ Injections are self-injected 1-3 times per week, with or without food, according to your doctor-guided titration schedule. If prescribed, a US-licensed doctor will provide a tailored dosage schedule and specific treatment instructions with your care plan.

Important safety information and common side effects

The most commonly reported side effect is irritation of the area where the injection is administered. If this occurs, consider changing placement on the body or use injections less often.

If irritation continues to occur, apply an over-the-counter itch cream, preferably with hydrocortisone, or discontinue use.

What is NAD+?

(nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide)
NAD+ is a vital coenzyme essential for everything from energy metabolism to DNA repair.3 As we age, levels decline, which may contribute to fatigue, brain fog, and slower recovery.6

The science of NAD+

NAD+ is a critical molecule that is essential for cellular functions—including energy production, DNA repair, inflammation control, and circadian rhythm. But our natural NAD+ levels decline with age, impacting our skin health, energy levels, and risk of age-related disease.6

Low NAD+ levels are linked to fatigue, insulin resistance, frailty, and neurodegenerative disorders like Alzheimer’s. But studies show that restoring NAD+ levels may promote healthy aging and enhance overall quality of life.5

Frequently asked questions

01 How should I store my NAD+ Injections?

NAD+ Injections should be refrigerated at all times. Unopened vials should be kept in the refrigerator until ready for use. Once opened, vials must be used within 28 days and discarded after that period, regardless of remaining volume. Do not freeze. Keep out of direct light.

02 Will I feel anything when I inject NAD+?

You may feel a slight sting or burn when administering the injection, but it varies from person-to-person.

03 How does NAD+ support energy and cellular health?

NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme found in every cell in the body that plays a central role in cellular energy metabolism and DNA repair processes. NAD+ levels naturally decline with age. Supplementing with NAD+ may help support mitochondrial function, cellular repair mechanisms, and overall energy metabolism. Injectable NAD+ delivers the coenzyme directly into the bloodstream, bypassing the digestive system for more efficient absorption compared to oral forms or supplements.

04 How do I know which NAD vial size is right for me?

For users that are new to NAD+ Injections, or that prefer to administer a lower dose (max of 50 units weekly), we recommend ordering a 2.5mL vial, as used vials must be discarded after 28 days.

For those who are seasoned NAD+ users, or that are administering higher doses (more than 50 units weekly), we recommend ordering a 5mL vial to support a full monthly supply.

If you’re unsure of which option is best for you, or are interested in adjusting your current NAD+ subscription, feel free to contact us for further support!
