Thank you for purchasing a TruMe™ kit through AgelessRx! We are excited to help you age well. You are one of the first members of a revolutionary test, and we are excited to get to know you better.

Getting started

Now that you have purchased your kit, take note of the following next steps:

• Your kit should arrive within 5-7 business days
• Once received, register your kit with TruMe™
• Follow the instructions to collect your sample
• Mail your sample back using pre-paid envelope
• Access your personalized TruMe™ report within 3-5 weeks

How to collect your sample

1. Wash your hands and unpack your collection kit. Open your sample card without touching the circles inside the card. Before you submit your sample, you will need to register your saliva collection kit to TruMe account.
2. In order to register your saliva collection kit, you will need to either create a new account or log into an existing TruMe account. To begin registration, navigate to https://trumelabs.app.
3. Do not eat or smoke for at least 30 minutes prior to collection of your sample. Make sure you are hydrated! Spit directly into the circles on the sample collection card. Alternatively, you can spit into a clean spoon or cup and then transfer saliva to the filter, inside both circles.
4. Make sure your saliva completely soaks into the filter paper. Allow the card to dry completely (about 45 minutes). Your sample is very stable on the card, leaving it at room temperature temporarily is OK.
5. Please send us the sample card in the provided envelope as soon as possible, so we can tell you how young you really are! Once received, please allow 2-3 weeks to send the results.
