Ever wondered how old your body really is?

While your chronological age counts the years, your biological age tells a much more personal story—how well your body is aging on the inside.

At AgelessRx, we’ve made it easier than ever to uncover that story. With just a recent blood test and our free Bioage Calculator, you can get valuable insight into your overall health and longevity in minutes. If you’ve already taken our Core Longevity Panel, you’re already halfway there.

Curious how to use the AgelessRx Bioage Calculator? Here, we’ll walk through the steps of inputting your recent blood test results into the biological age calculator, and what to do next.

How to Use the AgelessRx Bioage Calculator

To use the AgelessRx free Bioage Calculator, all you need is a recent blood test to input your results. We recommend taking the Core Longevity Panel, as it provides results for all the biomarkers you need for the bioage calculator, plus 11 key biomarkers that you’re already one step ahead.

Once you’ve completed a Core Longevity Panel, sign in to your AgelessRx portal to access your results.

Your results will always be available on your portal, even if you order another Core Longevity Panel. If you’ve taken more than one Core Longevity Panel, be sure to use your most recent results to get your most accurate bioage!

Click on your results, and you’ll see your AgelessRx report. You’ll need to click on the “results.pdf” link at the top left to find the results you’ll need for the bioage calculator. Most will receive their full results from Labcorp, but most lab reports should read about the same, even if you don’t receive your results from Labcorp.

Finding and Entering Your Results

Now, let’s enter your results so you can discover your true biological age.

With the bioage calculator open, start by entering your date of birth and the date of the blood test you’re using to enter your results. Keep the bioage calculator open in one tab so you can easily enter your results as you go.

Next, we’ll run down the biomarkers as they appear in the bioage calculator, so you can find each in your results. These biomarkers were selected by our experts as key indicators of how fast our body and organs are aging.

Albumin

Albumin is one of the most abundant proteins in blood, responsible for carrying vial nutrients throughout the body and giving your body the energy it needs to repair and restore your cells. Low levels are often seen in aging individuals and may suggest a higher risk of mortality or reduced quality of life.

You’ll find this under the “Comprehensive Metabolic Panel” section in your results PDF. Enter the value listed in the “Current Result” column of your results PDF.

Creatinine

Next up is creatinine, a waste byproduct of muscle metabolism that is filtered through the kidneys. Higher levels may indicate kidney problems, which can be influenced by aging.

You’ll find creatinine under the “Comprehensive Metabolic Panel” section in your results PDF. Enter the value listed in the “Current Result” column.

Glucose

Glucose is blood sugar, which comes from the food we eat. Our body breaks down food to create glucose and releases it into the bloodstream to fuel our cells. Glucose also signals insulin to help transport it to our cells. Chronically high glucose may indicate not only a higher risk of metabolic diseases like diabetes, but also accelerated aging.

You’ll find glucose under the “Comprehensive Metabolic Panel” section in your results PDF. Enter the value listed in the “Current Result” column.

C-Reactive Protein (CRP)

C-reactive protein is released by the liver in response to inflammation. High levels suggest that your body is fighting high inflammation.

You can find your CRP results on your AgelessRx report under “hs-CRP.” The same value is in your lab results under the section “C-Reactive Protein, Cardiac.” Enter the value listed in the “Current Result” column.

Lymphocyte (Lymphs)

Lymphocytes, or lymphs, are a type of white blood cell that are critical to immune function and response. They help the body fight cancer and other viruses, diseases, and bacteria. High levels may indicate that you’re fighting an infection, while low levels are associated with increased frailty and reduced immunity, which can increase the risk of age-related diseases.

You can find your lymphocyte results towards the top of your lab report, in the section “CBC with Differential/Platelet.” Enter the value listed in the “Current Result” column.

Mean Cell Volume (MCV)

The average volume or size of red blood cells. This may appear as “Mean Corpuscular Volume” in your lab report, or simply “MCV.”

Researchers see high MCV levels in cases of cognitive decline or neurodegeneration, speculating that higher levels may reduce blood cell delivery to the brain.

You can find your MCV results in the section “CBC with Differential/Platelet.” Enter the value listed in the “Current Result” column.

Red Cell Distribution Width (RDW)

Red cell distribution width measures the variation in size of red blood cells. While RDW  is a traditional biomarker for anemia, researchers continually associate high RDW levels with increased risk for age-related diseases such as cancer and cardiovascular disease.

You can find your RDW results in the section “CBC with Differential/Platelet.” Enter the value listed in the “Current Result” column.

Alkaline Phosphatase

An enzyme found in the liver and bones, alkaline phosphatase exists throughout the body. Though researchers don’t fully understand its function, high alkaline phosphatase is increasingly associated with aging conditions that may lower your lifespan and healthspan, including an increased risk of cardiovascular disease.

You’ll find alkaline phosphatase under the “Comprehensive Metabolic Panel” section in your lab results. Enter the value listed in the “Current Result” column.

White Blood Cells (WBC)

Cells of the immune system that defend against infection and disease, white blood cells come in various types. This measurement reflects the total amount of white blood cells in the blood. They may appear as “leukocytes” or simply “WBC” on your lab report.

Your white blood cell count can indicate age-related changes to your immune system that affect disease risk, immunity, and inflammation.

You can find your WBC results in the section “CBC with Differential/Platelet,” usually listed at the top. Enter the value listed in the “Current Result” column.

How to Read My Bioage Test

Once you’ve entered all your results as they appear in your lab report, press “Calculate Results” to see your true biological age.

The results will show your current (chronological) age compared to your bioage.

Your bioage appears as a number that looks like your age. This number shows how your biological health reflects that of a typical person of the same age.

For example, if you’re currently 50, and your bioage shows 35, then your biology currently reflects that of a healthy 35-year-old.

What If My Bioage Is Higher Than My Current Age?

Don’t worry—this test isn’t a diagnostic tool, but a reference point for your longevity journey.

You can’t change your current age, but you can take the steps to roll back your biological age and ensure you’re aging healthily.

If you want to improve your bioage, start by taking the AgelessRx Wellness Assessment to find out where you can best focus your efforts.

You can also schedule a longevity consultation with an AgelessRx longevity expert to discuss your results, understand what they mean for you, and develop an action plan. They may recommend prescriptions like Metformin to help.

Understanding your bioage is a powerful first step in taking control of your health and longevity, and knowing how to use the AgelessRx Bioage Calculator is a step up. Whether your results show you’re aging gracefully or suggest room for improvement, remember—this tool is a guide, not a verdict. With the right support, tools, and lifestyle changes, you can start making choices today that your future self will thank you for.
