NAD+ Patch Product Guide

NAD+ Patches use ActivaPatch iontophoresis patches to provide a time-controlled release of NAD+ directly into the bloodstream, bypassing digestion. This provides the life-extending potential of NAD+ in a convenient, needle-free alternative with minimal side effects.

The following guide is only for AgelessRx patients who were recommended a NAD+ Patch prescription after a medical review from a licensed prescriber.

Quick tips

Here are some simple steps to help you get the most from each dose:

  • Pull the tab to activate the patch
  • Apply the solution before using the patch
  • Place the patch on clean, dry skin
  • Use 1x patch per week, as desired
  • Rotate patch placement each week to avoid irritation

Storage

When your prescription arrives, check that the contents are properly sealed and undamaged. Be sure to keep your medication in its original container to maintain the utmost quality.

Your shipment will contain two components: NAD+ solution and ActivaPatch iontophoresis patches.

Store your NAD+ solution in the refrigerator (between 36°F to 46°F) upon arrival to maintain the quality of the solution. Do not freeze the solution. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Store your patches at room temperature (between 68°F and 77°F) and away from direct light, like in your pantry. Avoid storing the patches in areas with excessive heat of humidity, like your laundry room or utility closet, as this may ruin the adhesive.

Titration instructions

NAD+ Patches are always prescribed with a standardized, doctor-guided titration schedule.

First, activate the patch by pulling the tab. Apply 40 drops (2ml) of NAD+ solution to the reservoir of the ActivaPatch, then follow the instructions below to apply your patch. Apply 1x patch per week, as desired.

Please note that your prescriber may provide titration instructions that differ from the standardized instructions. Always follow your prescriber’s instructions, even if it differs from those above. Your titration instructions are available 24/7 from your AgelessRx portal.

How to apply your patch

Before you apply your patch, follow the instructions above and apply the medication to the patch. Do not apply the patch before you have applied the medication.

When you’re ready, follow these instructions to ensure the patch is applied correctly and holds for 8 hours:

  • Select a comfortable location for your patch.
  • Choose an area with little to no hair for better adhesion and absorption:
    • Upper arm (most common)
    • Abdomen
    • Back
    • Thigh
  • Avoid areas with cuts, bumps, or irritation
  • Do not use lotions, powders, or oils in the selected area
  • Clean the area with an alcohol wipe or soap and warm water
  • Remove the adhesive cover
  • Press the patch down firmly with your palm to limit bumps and folds
  • Hold for 30 seconds to ensure the entire adhesive sticks well

When you’re ready to apply your next patch, be sure to choose a new location to avoid skin irritation. It’s okay to trim hairs around the skin for better, more comfortable adhesion, but avoid shaving the area before applying the patch.

Side effects

The most common side effects of NAD+ Patches are redness, irritation, or tingling at the application site. To reduce these side effects, rotate application sites each week with each subsequent use.
Less common side effects include headaches or dizziness. If any of these side effects become intolerable, contact your prescriber.
